Mr. Ochieng' O. Oloo


Director and Principal Consultant

He is a holder of a B-Com (Accounting) and a pioneer member of the Institute of Personnel Management Kenya (IPMK). He has extensive experience in banking, human resource development and management, and strategic and change management. He previously served as Head of Human Resources with two international banks, Citibank N.A and Standard Chartered Bank. He was a member of the team that designed and implemented the Pan-African change management program for Standard Chartered Bank (1991-1996).

He has undertaken many consultancy assignments for local, national and international NGOs in Kenya; and in East, Central and Horn of Africa Region; and in other parts of Africa. He has also consulted for co-operative organisations including International Co-operative Alliance. He was a member of a team that undertook research on The Socio-Economic Impact of Co-Operatives in Africa and their Institutional Context (the study covered six African countries). He has been involved in several organization development processes, evaluations, assessments and capacity studies. He has excellent appreciation of business issues, is a good team leader, and works well in a multicultural environment.

He is a renowned consultant in the Faith-based community where he has facilitated strategic planning processes, organisation assessments and reviews, and development of policies and systems in strengthening their institutions. He has undertaken consultancy assignments with a number of ecumenical, evangelical and inter-faith organisations.

He is a seasoned facilitator and moderator. He has moderated a number of high level retreats and forums for non-profit, public and private sector organisations. He has also moderated round-table meetings for faith-based organisations. He moderated the Co-operative Leaders Conference in Kenya in 2002, which was a milestone for the movement.

He has served as National Chairman of Kenya Students Christian Fellowship, member of the board and Treasurer with Nairobi Pentecostal Church, Chairman of Kouples Capital Holdings Limited, Trustee of NET Ministries Trust, and special advisor to Springs Ministries (a community based organisation operating in Kisumu). He has travelled widely in Africa, Europe, Asia and America.

Mr. Joseph Kioko Ndolo


Director and Principal Consultant

Joseph is a holder of MA in Human Resource Management from University of Westminster (UK). He is a Certified Public Secretary (CPS {K}) and member of the Institute of Certified Public Secretaries of Kenya (ICPSK). He is a Director and Principal Consultant with Strategic Dimensions. Previously he worked as an Associate Director for Human resources with World Vision International (Kenya Office).

He has consulted widely with NGOs, UN Agencies, Government Departments/Ministries, Churches and Church organizations in Kenya, Uganda, Zimbabwe, Rwanda, South Sudan, DRC and Somalia. His core skill areas is in Human Resource Development and Management; Training and Facilitation of Processes; Strategic Management and Planning; Organisation Development; Assessments and evaluations of organisations/programs.

He is also currently involved in the Leadership of the Church as the Chairman of the Church Council of Africa Inland Church, Ngong Road and Chairman of Harvest Leaders Network (An organization involved in development and mentoring of Church Leaders in Africa).
